Paellas orders can be made for 2 or 4 guests, each comes with:
One Bottle of Freixenet Brut (sparkling from Spain)
Two Cremas de Chocolate (chocolate mousse, with cream Chantilly and Passion Fruit Syrup)

Baked Local Mike Mushrooms (Hen of Wood, Oysters, Wood Ear, King Trumpet) with parsley, MM garlic chives, Spanish olive oil and aged Manchego cheese. Side of Birch+Butcher’s bread (if GF ask for corn chips)

The base for paella is rice, sofrito (red tomatoes sauce, with chilies, onions, garlic, white wine, clam juice, cinnamon, saffron, parsley and cumin), roasted red peppers, peas, and your choice of toppings, plus fresh lemon and shredded Manchego from Spain.
