Bienvenido! Welcome to our exquisite dining experience. Coming to Cavas is like walking into the casa de Chef Ana, who lives to share her love of Latin-American cuisine with you. Expect an intimate and personal dining experience unlike anything in Milwaukee. Chef Ana will create every delicacy on your plate, and she, along with her able staff, will attend to all your dining needs.
With Chef Ana’s growing popularity and the restaurants intimacy, reservations are highly recommended, especially if you desire to dine on weekends. Credit cards are used to hold your reservation, and reservations must be canceled within 48 hours to prevent a service charge from being applied. Feel the taste of spain
Chef Ana will greet you personally, and she and her staff will guide you on your delicious journey through the menu, filled with the most sustainable, organic and freshly sourced ingredients. Though her cuisine is carefully crafted to ensure the most enjoyable dining experience, she regularly accommodates dietary restrictions, and she’s built a tantalizing array of choices into her menu. If you desire specific dishes or ingredients that aren’t listed on the menu, call ahead to discuss a variety of catering options.
The bar menu is created with equal discernment, and while we have wines, cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks to appeal to all types of palates, the list is carefully curated – not exhaustive. You’re sure to find a beverage you can savor.
This vibrant yet exclusive space can only accommodate up to four people at the bar, with another five tables, for a maximum of 16 people, indoors. Patio seating is also available, with two tables that can serve up to eight people comfortably. Bar and patio seating are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Catering and take-out are available, especially for Chef Ana’s empanadas to go. Special note for larger groups and guests under five.
